Privacy Policy

Winnr, LLC. ("Winnr," "we," "our," or "us") operates the Winnr website, iOS app, Android app, and related services (the "Platform"). This policy describes the information we collect, why we use it, when service providers process it for us, and the choices available to you.

The mobile apps are intended for adults age 18 and older and launch as coins-only free play. Winnr Coins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money or prizes.

• Account and profile information: email address, authentication provider, username, display name, profile image, age and terms confirmation timestamps, and linked account identifiers.
• Gameplay and account activity: picks, wagers made with Winnr Coins, results, balances, leaderboard settings, daily rewards, and support or account-deletion requests.
• Device and notification information: app version, platform, a device-scoped installation identifier, notification preference, and Expo push token when you opt in to notifications.
• Approximate location and security information: IP address, country and region inferred from the network connection, and indicators that a connection may use a VPN, proxy, hosting provider, or other anonymizer. The mobile apps do not request GPS or precise device location.
• Diagnostics: crash reports, performance measurements, app version, and an internal user identifier through Sentry when error reporting is enabled. Winnr configures Sentry not to send default personally identifying data.
• Optional web-only regulated features: if you use a separately available payment, wallet, redemption, identity-verification, or tax feature on the website, we may process the information described at the time of that feature, including wallet address, transaction, identity, and tax information. These features are not offered in the coins-only mobile apps.

• Provide authentication, account recovery, gameplay, balances, leaderboards, and customer support.
• Deliver opted-in service notifications, including bet-settlement updates.
• Detect abuse, account compromise, fraud, prohibited automation, and location or connection-policy violations.
• Diagnose crashes, improve reliability, enforce our Terms, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, serve third-party ads, or use advertising identifiers for cross-app tracking.

We use vendors that process information for us under their own security and privacy terms. These may include Supabase for authentication and database hosting, Vercel for application hosting and network-derived location, Expo and Apple or Google for push delivery, Sentry for diagnostics, authentication providers you choose, and a network intelligence provider for anonymizer detection.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the Platform, to investigate suspected unlawful activity, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing.

The website uses cookies and browser storage for authentication, security, preferences, and core functionality. The mobile apps use operating-system protected storage for session credentials and local storage for preferences. Blocking required storage may prevent sign-in or other Platform features from working.

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the Platform, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet accounting or legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and obligation.

You can permanently delete your account from Profile in the mobile app or at winnr.us/account-deletion. Deletion removes your login identity, profile, contact information, linked social identity, and notification tokens. Records that must be retained for fraud, accounting, dispute, or legal purposes may remain in de-identified form.

• Turn push notifications on or off in your Winnr profile and operating-system settings.
• Hide your profile from public leaderboards in Profile.
• Request access, correction, or deletion by using the account controls or contacting us.
• Choose whether to use Apple, Google, or email authentication where available.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted network transport and protected credential storage. No system is completely secure. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate, subject to applicable law.

The Platform is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly allow a person under 18 to create or use an account. Contact us if you believe a minor has provided information so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.

We may update this policy as the Platform or law changes. We will post the updated version here and revise the date above. Material changes may also be communicated in the Platform or by email when appropriate.
